5th December 2017 - Portuguese Chamber London Gala Dinner, East India Club, London SW1Y 4LH

The Portuguese Chamber of Commerce Gala Dinner will be held at the East India Club, 16 St James's Square, London SW1Y 4LH on Tuesday 5th December 2017, with our guest speaker Mr Bernardo Trindade.

The Gala Dinner is the highlight of our year, bringing together leading members of the UK’s Anglo-Portuguese business community, the All Party Parliamentary Group on Portugal, members of the Chamber and other VIPs doing business with Portugal.

This formal dinner (dress code is black tie) begins at 7.15pm with a champagne reception in the Clive Room at the East India Club, followed by dinner in the East India Room from 8pm.


13 October 2017 - Portuguese Chamber Algarve Autumn Networking Lunch with guest speaker Ambassador Anders Erdal

The Portuguese Chamber of Commerce in the UK, with the support of the Portuguese-Norwegian Chamber of Commerce, is delighted to invite you to our Autumn Networking Lunch on Friday 13 October  2017 from 12.45pm at Xenia Restaurant, Dunas Douradas, Almancil, Algarve

Our guest of honour and speaker will be Mr Anders Erdal, Norway’s Ambassador to Portugal since 2016.  
Ambassador Erdal has an impressive record in foreign affairs and matters pertaining to the EU/EEA, having been the head of the task force for Norway’s membership negotiations with the EU, among other senior posts.


23rd October 2017 - Moving to Portugal Seminars, Pestana Chelsea Bridge Hotel & Spa, London SW11 8AE


On Monday 23rd October 2017 in central London, the Portuguese Chamber of Commerce in the UK is organising the 3rd edition of our popular "Moving to Portugal" seminars.  These will take place at the Pestana Chelsea Bridge Hotel & Spa, 354 Queenstown Road, London SW11 8AE.  The nearest Tube station is Sloane Square which is approx. 10 minutes’ walk from the hotel.  The number 137 and 452 buses stop outside the hotel.

The Moving to Portugal seminars are designed to answer all the questions you may have about how to organise your move to Portugal, whether you intend to run your business from there, retire there or simply spend several months a year there to escape the English climate. 

The doors will open at 11am and close at 9pm. The first seminar begins at 11.30am and will last approx. two hours, with a coffee break in the middle for half an hour.  The seminar will then be repeated at 3pm and 6.30pm.  The seminars are free to attend but due to their popularity it is necessary to reserve your place in advance.

The Portuguese Chamber of Commerce is organising the third edition of the conference Business in Portuguese on the 31stOctober 2017 at Bloomberg Auditorium at Bloomberg’s European HQ in London at Finsbury Sq, EC2.

The Portugal Real Estate and Tourism Investment Trade Show is aimed at professionals from Portugal’s real estate and tourism investment sectors, and seeks to match them with British and international investors based in London.

17-19 November 2017 – Portugal International Expo 2017, Excel, London

Organised by PM Consultancy with the support of the Portuguese Chamber of Commerce in the UK, the Portugal International Expo 2017 is an exhibition dedicated to showcasing the very best of Portugal, from areas such as real estate, tourism, building materials, furniture, textiles, fashion, and particularly the food and  beverages sector.


During three days in November (17 to 19 November 2017) at the renowned Excel Centre in east London, Portugal International is the go-to event for all those who seek to market their products and services to the British consumers, and offers an excellent chance to test the market.
