After Brexit, free movement of people for the purpose of providing services and/or working under the terms previously in force is no longer possible, depending now on UK law.
The Trade and Cooperation Agreement contains, in any case, some rules on the entry and temporary stay for business purposes, limiting it to certain categories of persons and activities.
Temporary work routes facilitated by the TCA, such as intra-corporate transfers of managers and specialists, are also subject to visa requirements.
