Brexit changes to British laws
On 1 January 2021 there will be changes to the UK’s intellectual property law to ensure the smooth departure from EU IP systems. Make sure you look at the key information for customers and users of IP about how the IP system and the Intellectual Property Office will operate after the end of the transition period.

After Brexit, free movement of people for the purpose of providing services and/or working under the terms previously in force is no longer possible, depending now on UK law.
The Trade and Cooperation Agreement contains, in any case, some rules on the entry and temporary stay for business purposes, limiting it to certain categories of persons and activities.
Temporary work routes facilitated by the TCA, such as intra-corporate transfers of managers and specialists, are also subject to visa requirements.
