The Speed Talk will allow our speaker to do a 15 minute presentation. Our guest for June is Margarida Bonito, founder and Director of Making Business Culture and she will be talking about employee engagement on a workshop designed to help you understand the heart of your business – your people.

Margarida’s aim is to raise awareness and share practical strategies proven to transform disengaged employees into motivated, passionate and effective teams.

After this short presentation, you will:

• Learn concepts, values and behaviours of engaged and disengaged employees;
• Have clarity on what you need to do so that employees deliver above and beyond.

At the end of the session, they will be available for one-to-one expert advice about your own business!
