After two years, our live Moving to Portugal Show and Seminars is back – so come and see us all in person on 31st March 2022 in central London!
This one day event, which opens at 11am and closes at 9pm, mixes live seminar presentations and panel discussions with 20+ carefully selected exhibitors.
The Show is designed to answer all the questions you may have about how to organise your move to Portugal – whether you intend to run your business from there, invest there, retire there or simply spend several months a year there to escape the English climate.
Come and meet property agents and developers, tax and financial advisors, lawyers, fund managers and relocation experts, all of whom can advise you on your move.
Our exhibitors will be on their stands all day and happy to talk to you!
The first session of seminars begins at 11.30am. The second session of seminars will happen at 3pm and the third session of seminars will begin at 6.30pm.
The seminar sessions will feature short (15 minute) expert presentations and panel discussions on the following subjects:
- The legal steps to buying a property in Portugal
- How to plan your pension and financial affairs in advance of your move
- How to get a mortgage and what it costs
- The new property hotspots in Portugal
- Properties for sale in different regions of Portugal
- How Portugal’s Non Habitual Residence (NHR) tax programme works
- The different residency visa options available post-Brexit
- Why British residents should now consider Portugal’s Golden Visa programme
- How to plan your currency needs and save money
- Wealth management for expatriates in Portugal
- What are the investment options available under the Golden Visa programme
The seminars are free to attend but due to their popularity it is necessary to reserve your place in advance.
