Portugal also ranks 19th as an International Innovation Leader in the world (“Consumer Technology Association / CES 2019”) and is the world’s 8th biggest exporter of moulds for the automotive and airline industries (“UN Comtrade 2019”).  It is ranked 32nd  in the Global Innovation Index and  25th in the Forbes Best Countries for Business Index.
