The REVIVE Program, a Portuguese Government tourism property investment programme, designed to promote the  restoration and renovation of vacant public properties via public tendering, has just released more new properties to the market.

By encouraging private sector investment, the REVIVE programme focuses on making high-value public patrimony able to be used for tourism-oriented economic activities, namely in areas related to hotels, restaurants, cultural activities, or other forms of entertainment and commerce.

Recently, 3 public tenders have been launched for:

Forte de S. Pedro, Cascais;

Forte de S. João, Cascais;

Hotel Turismo da Guarda, Guarda.

Tender proposals must be submitted until 21 February 2022.
